We are now looking for several driven individuals who want to develop into skilled forest machine operators. In this role, you will gain direct experience from daily operations while participating in training and receiving personal guidance from our own machine operators, thus ensuring a quick and effective learning process. After completing the trainee program, you will also have good opportunities for employment with us or with our contractors.
As a machine operator with us, you will be coached and trained to safely harvest and transport timber to accessible roads, making you an important part of our work for sustainable forestry. During the trainee period, you will be employed by us and be part of a machine team within our operational activities. The trainee program starts in August 2026.
We are currently looking for candidates who live and can work in southern/northwestern Dalarna, southern Gästrikland, northern Uppland, and eastern Värmland.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who wants to build a career as a machine operator. You are a recent graduate from a nature resource high school with a focus on forestry or a student who has studied to become a forest technician at a vocational school. Some form of forestry education is a requirement.
Skills and qualifications we believe you have:
- You enjoy a mix of independent work and teamwork and thrive on working towards set goals
- You are driven by curiosity and a desire to learn new things and develop
- You have the ability to work systematically and efficiently, and you possess a strong drive to deliver high quality
- You are curious and have a strong desire to develop and learn new things
- You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Driver's license B
